I picked this up to clean leaves off our driveway and sidewalk instead of raking everything by hand and its made fall cleanup go alot quicker. The brushes pick up most of the leaves in one pass like they claim, I'd say its pretty close to that 80 percent number on a dry day, maybe a little less if the leaves are kinda damp. Adjusting the height knob is simple and I was able to set it lower for the smooth driveway and a bit higher for some uneven spots near the sidewalk cracks. The hopper bag holds alot more than I expected, I went a good while before having to stop and dump it out. Setup out of the box was pretty quick too, just had to attach the handle and a couple other peices and it was ready to push around. My only complaint is it really does struggle if the ground is even a little wet like the listing warns, the brushes just kinda smear the leaves around instead of picking them up. Other than that for keeping the driveway and walkway clear of leaves I think it works well and saves my back from raking every time.
